Color Fun Walk & 5K Run
Go an Extra Mile for a Child
Celebrate all God has done through you and Fostering Family Ministries in the past 5 years!

- 8:00am 5K Fun Run begins
- 8:15am Walk Check
- 9:30am Walk begins
At 9am we will have a group photo and brief recognition of all our foster/kinship families present. Refreshments following event.
Color Powder is washable so if you want it to stay on your shirt you will need to take a few extra steps.
Simple steps to make color run powder stay on a shirt and keep the memories:
Promptly change out of your colored gear and do not shake off excess color:
Lay shirt flat and spray to soak with white vinegar
Keep the t-shirt flat to dry and iron with high heat:
Toss in the dryer:
Wash and wear
At 9am we will have a group photo and brief recognition of all our foster/kinship families present. Refreshments following event.
Step 1: Register Online
Required sponsorship to register is $25. This increases to $50 (for runners) the day of the event. This is a self-timed unofficial 5K and there will be no medals awarded. There will be prizes awarded to fundraising leaders walker/runners, 1st, 2nd, 3rd place.
Can't make it the day of the event? Thats okay, walk or run at a remote location that works for you.
Step 2: Set a Goal
T Shirts are FREE with a $25 sponsorship. (T Shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis the day of the event) Set a personal GOAL!
Step 3: Get Pledges
Walkers/runners can create an online personal fundraising page and share with family and friends using email their social network. OR you may record on the paper pledge form.
If using paper form please return form and checks/cash collected to FFM to one of the drop off locations or bring them the day of the event.
