Two weeks ago I had the privilege of meeting three new foster families in Ashland County. Their excitement was palpable as was their nervousness. The call to serve foster children is clear to the families, yet the task can seem daunting. Imagine the infusion of confidence and courage a team of volunteers can bring to these families as they serve children from hard places in Ashland County.
Share the mission of Fostering Family with your church family and friends. Ask them to be the helping hands our foster families need to help them serve children in need. From a meal or yard work to becoming an "aunt. uncle,, grandparent" or tutoring a child you can easily lighten the load. Join us for volunteer training THIS SUNDAY.
