There once was a foster child who was beaten, neglected and abused through no fault of his own. What is God's command for the church, to do for these children? Not to walk idly by, or to waste time simply talking about the problem. We must step into the need with our hands and hearts ready to serve foster families, foster children and their families in our community. As the church invests its time, talents and treasures the return will be eternal.
We invite you to join the movement to meet the needs of children in foster care. Fostering Family Ministries, founded in May of 2016, is dedicated to mobilizing and equipping the local church to be the families and volunteers to care for children in foster care.
When we provide loving homes for children in need and surround those foster families with volunteers to support their service, we are truly showing God's love to the least of these. By sharing this video and our website to your church you join God in calling us to demonstrate His Love.
Fostering Family Ministries will come alongside you, training you and your church, providing you with resources to develop your own foster care ministry. Our role is to aid the church community in becoming the solution for our crisis in foster care.
